Hood River Salt Cave and FRÖH Wellness Spa sit downtown at 508 Cascade Avenue, Suite B, Hood River, Oregon 97031.
That is the Cascade Avenue spa door. The salt cave also has an entrance off the 501 Columbia parking lot. Photos on the Tour page show both: FROH lights on Cascade, and the cave door from the Columbia lot.
You are in the walkable heart of Hood River, not a highway-side clinic. If you are driving from Portland, you come up I-84 to Hood River and into downtown. Parking is the Cascade street side plus the 501 Columbia lot.
