My husband surprised me with a drive to Hood River to a private wellness spa experience for our anniversary a couple of months ago. It was so delightful I'll be coming back with my mom and sisters after showing them my video souvenir.
After a pastry from Edeske next door, we walked a few feet when Angelina opened her door and my husband bumped me to step into her lovely cinnamon smelling space. I don't think he even knew what was going to happen as we heard our wedding song playing in the background.
Our three hour package had 12 layered experiences we learned through and very much enjoyed. We left with a romantic memory with photos and video clips.
I texted her the next morning that we had slept deeply, the inflammation from my skin allergy had gone down, and my respiratory issues were gone. And even now a few weeks later I'm still breathing well. It helped reduce the irritation from the fire smoke.
I highly recommend the three hour experience. It's a great value for a private half day retreat. A romantic wellness getaway my husband truly enjoyed - plus it came with naps! We'll come again!
