Down from Seattle and we stopped and had lunch in Vancouver right on the water and Chris wanted to make sure he knew we had to be here at a certain time in Hood River, so he started mapping to Hood River and I said you can map to Hood River Salt Cave. And I didn't know what that was at first, I thought it was like literally a cave. Like hiking into the ground. Had no idea what it was and then yeah we got here and saw everything that you've created. And I didn't even know exactly what we were getting into. I knew bits and pieces but I haven't read through all of the details and I kind of loved that I didn't. So it was fun, like surprised at every turn.
What did you think of the vibration station.
Enliven all of my joints and it was fun to kind of test balance because sure you stand on one leg here or there if you're working out but not often on ground that's shaking under you. I thought it was yeah energizing and it was a great little challenge to start.
Yeah you guys were having fun.
We definitely did.
So then when you were on the cinnamon steaming table how did that feel for you?
So relaxing, so relaxing. I think I did fall asleep even though you said you didn't hear any snoring. It was cozy. It was great to go from sort of like loosening everything up on the vibration plate to being under the steam and I chose a blanket as well. Then the foot vibrators and the scent was amazing. Beautiful.
Going down to the sound bowls, tapping and rubbing, how did you like that experience?
It was fun to generate the sound and then as you stand so close to it to like feel the vibration and even the difference between the different size bowls felt different. Yeah the high pitch was there were one of them was particularly high pitch that caught my attention. Yeah it was great.
And then stepping into the sea salt cave with your bare feet and inhaling that salt dancing in the air, how was your experience in there?
Loved it. Felt like rejuvenating. I'm sure there was something positive happening inside but it felt great. It was both relaxing and playful. So I think we raked a little bit and then started breathing a little bit heavier. Relaxed in the chairs for a little while and then decided to get I sat down in the sand and sort of played and drew designs and you know felt like a kid.
And did you have fun making the salt angel?
Of course.
And what about the Froh treats, the bookend?
Yeah first of all delicious. Culinary delight. It's amazing. Wonderful thank you so much.
