The salt cave was amazing today. I wasn't really sure what to expect. It was an incredibly relaxing and really enlivening experience. Even though the most of the practice was completely still, I feel refreshed and renewed. My pores feel different. My whole body feels different from going through the experience. I just feel just better. It's hard to describe. I'm really looking forward to going and seeing how the rest of the day takes place with this new feeling in my body.
