# Should I arrive early?

## Answer

Arrive at your scheduled appointment time. The session page is explicit: no need to arrive earlier, because once you step in the door the journey begins.

This is not a clinic waiting room with magazines. It is a private house held for you. Coming twenty minutes early can interrupt setup, or leave you on Cascade with nowhere to sit. Coming late can squeeze the three acts. Lateness policy is not posted; if you are stuck in Gorge traffic, text 541-340-4606.

Build parking time into your travel, then aim for the minute you booked. There is an upstairs restroom (ADA noted on the Tour page) and a downstairs restroom by the cave. If you need a restroom first, ask when you book rather than arriving early unannounced.
