# What is the castor oil offering?

## Answer

Castor oil appears on the menu as “Castor Oil: Liver, Foot or Facial Glide,” an optional signature modality on 8-Layer and longer (and on group menus). Reviews mention a castor oil foot detox with warm lamps underfoot.

Castor oil is a thick traditional oil from Ricinus communis seeds. Liver packs and glides are old wellness crafts. Evidence for topical packs is mostly anecdotal; oral laxative use is a different, medical story and is not what this spa is selling. Pregnancy, open wounds, and young children are common caution topics — ask a physician, then Angelina. A pack is not a treatment for liver disease.

Brand, organic status, and minutes are not on the Pricing page. Text 541-340-4606 to choose liver, foot, or face, or to skip it.

## House note
Do not present a pack as a treatment for liver disease. Chris’s story is not a reason to claim the oil would have changed a diagnosis. Keep that scar out of this operational FAQ.
