# How long is a visit?

## Answer

Match the layer to the clock on the Pricing page:

- 7-Layer about 60 minutes
- 8-Layer about 75 minutes
- 9-Layer about 90 minutes
- 10-Layer about 115 minutes
- 11-Layer about 2 hours
- 12-Layer about 2.5–3 hours

The cave rest itself is about 30–45 minutes depending on package. The rest of the visit is spa acts, sound bowls, raking, and the FROH close. Guests are not meant to be rushed.

Arrive at the appointment time, not early. If you need to make a dinner or a wind-sport slot afterward, book a shorter layer and say so when you text. The minute counts are honest ranges for an unhurried house, not a stopwatch.
