# What packages do you offer and what do they cost?

Live prices on the Pricing page (use these, not older menus):

- 7-Layer, about 60 minutes — 2–4 people $200 each; Solo $300
- 8-Layer, about 75 minutes — 2–4 $250 each; Solo $325
- 9-Layer, about 90 minutes — 2–4 $325 each; Solo $400
- 10-Layer, about 115 minutes — 2–4 $400 each; Solo $475
- 11-Layer, about 2 hours — 2–4 $450 each; Solo $525
- 12-Layer, about 2.5–3 hours — 2–4 $500 each; Solo $575
- Spa group, 6–8 people — $250–$400 each
- Salt Cave group, 6–10 people — $200 each

Every listed journey is a three-act ritual that ends in a FROH sip and gluten- and dairy-free treats. Longer layers add more signature modalities — red light, whole-body vibration, a magnesium sea-salt foot soak, castor oil. The times are for an unhurried visit, not a clocked factory tour.
