Plan on downtown Hood River parking: Cascade Avenue by the spa, and the lot at 501 Columbia, which is also how many guests reach the salt-cave door.

The Tour gallery captions the cave entrance off the 501 Columbia parking lot, and the FROH spa front door off 508 Cascade. You are looking for a small downtown storefront, not a hidden industrial park.
