# Are we allowed to talk in the cave?

## Answer

No talking in the cave. The session page says this is to reduce brain stimulation and keep the focus on breathing.

The spa can be a shared, even laughing room — birthday reviews mention laughing on the vibration plates. The cave is the other register: dim, cool, quiet, salt in the air. Once you are in the chairs, let the room be still. If you came as a couple or a group, the whisper can wait for FROH treats.

If someone in the party is anxious about silence, say so when you book. A free tour can show them the space first. This is not a social hour inside the aerosol.

Need to leave, cough, or attend a child? That practical exception is not written. Text 541-340-4606 if you need a house rule for kids or caregivers.
