# What is the 7-Layer Wellness Journey?

## Answer

The 7-Layer is the shortest published private journey — about 60 minutes. For 2–4 people it is $200 each; a solo guest is $300.

It is three acts, not a single salt sit:

Act I — a magnesium electrolyte drink; Ceylon cinnamon respiratory and facial steam; a warm vibrating foot massager; a zesty citrus sip awakener.

Act II — you tap and rub the sound bowls yourself; then zen rake, salt-angel wings, and halotherapy in the cave.

Act III — FROH sip and gluten- and dairy-free treats.
