# What is the three-act experience?

## Answer

This is not a single gadget. It is a three-act ritual.

Act I is immersion in the spa — drink, steam, optional red light or vibration or foot soak or castor oil, foot massager, citrus sip. Act II is the cave — sound bowls, zen rake, salt-angel wings, and breathing the dry salt aerosol. Act III is joyful integration: FROH sip and treats, gluten- and dairy-free.

You do this together if you brought people. You do this as the only party in the room. The motto on the way out is Fröhlich Leben — happy living.
