# What is included in a typical journey?

## Answer

A typical private journey is three acts, done together.

Act I is the spa: a magnesium electrolyte drink, cinnamon respiratory and facial steam, a warm vibrating foot massager, a citrus sip. Longer layers let you add red light, whole-body vibration, a magnesium sea-salt mineral foot soak, and/or castor oil (liver, foot, or facial glide).

Act II is the cave: you play the sound bowls yourself, then zen-rake the Baja Gold, make salt-angel wings, and rest in dry salt aerosol in a zero-gravity chair.

Act III is how you land: FROH sip and gluten- and dairy-free treats.

Blankets are in the cave. Robes can be ready if you ask ahead. A video keepsake is part of how many guests remember the visit, though how the file is sent is not on the menu. Electronics and perfume stay out of the cave. Nothing here is a medical treatment package.
